Refund Policies

All orders made on our website are final and not refundable.

Only if we are generally not able to complete your order within your delivery timeframe and assuming that we have the required access to your GTA 5 Account and you meet all requirements listed on the site, you can request a refund. *
gtamodders.com does not accept return requests for Virtual Game items like Game Cards, CD Keys, Game Accounts, GTA V upgrades, Levels etc.

Warranty Policies

All our customers take on the risk when using our services, but in SOME cases we do offer a ban warranty. Customers that have cheated/exploited/modded the game in any way in the past on their own are not eligible to use our Ban Warranty.
